Through my career I have focused on understanding the needs of all stakeholders; from Customers to Suppliers, Owners to Engineers, the Sales and Support teams, and the staff that quietly make everything tick in the background.  It is this breadth of experience and understanding that helps create communication and learning strategies that optimise performance.
It is no good if one person is very efficient at the expense of another or if the development team are working on something Sales cannot sell.
