With a technical background and experience in many companies and teams you will not be wasting time bringing me up to speed.  I will take the reins or provide support and guidance from day one.  My attitude is that everything needs to get done and done well, I will let loose the potential you already have, build strengths where possible and fill any gaps that remain personally.

This contract of engagement will result in a business transformation if and when I am able to identify opportunities.  But I would also expect to take on a day to day role, filling a gap in your organisation that is critical and urgent.  It would not require a long term commitment on your part.
